NUTRITION & COOKING

In this amazing, completely new 7- part course, you can learn the basics of good nutrition and especially how what we eat affects how we feel. In every session, you will also be given the opportunity to practice making delicious, affordable snacks and meals.

 

We will eat some of this together and you can take home the rest to either freeze for a rainy day or share with family and friends.

Week 6 - Kitchen mastery: Having a go - making Fakeaway’s

 

Week 7 - Kitchen mastery and planning: Healthy deserts and looking ahead to save time and money

Attending Young Adults is completely FREE and open to anyone aged between 18 and 35, who lives or works in the Borough of Bracknell Forest.


We are an independent charity but work closely with all local services and charities. You don’t need a referral from anyone – it’s entirely up to you to decide whether to enrol and which courses you want to attend.
