HAVING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
In these workshops, we explore different attachment styles, ways to recognise whether these are healthy or not, how to set and maintain boundaries and stay safe, in all areas of your life. We also look at how different states of mental health can affect how we act, in different situations, how to have difficult conversations and ways to develop and practice self advocacy.
